Well, is has been a while since I last posted anything. Since our twins were born and the big one is getting taller, I only have time to make some art and some occasional photos, but posting to the blog is something that's always left behind. I think some of you might relate to this, righ? ;) Hopefully I will be able to change this pattern and post more often, we'll see...
This is based on the pattern of number 3, but a bit different. The colors are not the same either, this time I used brown, red, pink shades and lilac shades.
This my latest soutache advanture. This time I made a bigger earring, but of course it is still wearable as soutache pieces are extremely light. Thanks to Edit for the guidance.
Finally I had the time and light to make a nice picture of this soutache earring, made of Onyx rounds, silver and black soutache braids. Again I have learnt it from Edit Peng.
I started to learn soutache technique from Edit Peng. I highly recommend you to visit her site here , as she makes so beautiful pieces. I do not say that this is an easy technique, but it is definitely addictive and so much fun.
I fell in love with this pair of earrings when I first saw them somewhere on the Internet. Designed by Diane Fitzgerald, I made them from a nice picture thanks to Gyöngyi from Gyöngyözön . I know they are not exactly identical, but that's what makes them so special to me. I will definitely make another pair in a different colour scheme.
I love this earring, so cute. This pair is a slight modification of Audrey's pattern, because I couldn't buy hexcut beads momentarily, but I'm still happy with them. Audrey's pattern
I found a nice tutorial yesterday from Crochet Geek and made this pair of earrings quickly. I really liked to make these, there will be more to follow.
Rose Snail earrings Originally uploaded by maricka Well well, I haven't posted anything for a long time, I haven't been beadless and inactive though. So I though I might share this pair of newbies with you.
